Flower Essences Therapy

essences.png

Flower essences are subtle liquid extracts, usually taken orally, designed to support emotional well-being, mind-body balance, and personal growth. While using flowers for healing has ancient roots, the modern, precise application of flower essences was developed in the 1930s by English physician Dr. Edward Bach. Today, flower essences are recognized worldwide for their role in holistic health, helping millions of people achieve emotional balance and inner harmony.

Unlike other liquid remedies, flower essences do not act through chemical interaction. Instead, they work on a vibrational level, carrying the energetic patterns of each flower. This subtle energy influences mental, emotional, and physical well-being by supporting the body’s natural balance, much like homeopathic remedies.

During a Flower Essence Consultation, Vandana takes a detailed history, exploring your current concerns, personality traits, past experiences, and temperament. In a session lasting 60–90 minutes, she asks targeted questions to understand your emotional and mental patterns, and then creates a custom blend of flower essences tailored to your needs—addressing immediate concerns as well as supporting ongoing emotional growth.

Follow-up sessions are typically scheduled every 4 weeks to assess progress and adjust the remedy as needed.

Flower essences are often integrated into Vandana’s homeopathic and holistic treatment plans. However, if you prefer Flower Essence Therapy as a standalone consultation, the fees are:

  • First session: $150

  • Follow-ups: $100

  • Custom blend essences: $30

This therapy offers a gentle, supportive, and effective approach to emotional and mental well-being, helping you navigate life’s challenges with clarity and balance.
