What is mindfulness?

Mindfulness is a type of meditation in which you focus on being simply aware of what is happening around you, inside you and what you're sensing and feeling in the moment, without interpretation or any judgment. Once you are aware and pay attention mindfully to your outer environment and just be with it that leads to calm the monkey mind instantly. That helps cultivate peace within.

Spending too much time planning, problem-solving, daydreaming, or thinking negative or being caught up in random thoughts are draining and depriving. It can also make you more likely to experience stress, anxiety and symptoms of depression. In my practice I see so many people stressing out with so many different things and they can be helped with some simple yet effective meditation practices.
